Characteristics of square aluminium bars

6082 alloy

General purpose, suitable for various applications, with average mechanical properties, good weldability and corrosion resistance. Suitable for surface treatments.

Extruded square bars from 10 x 10 mm to 200 x 200 mm with T6 heat treatment.

2011 alloy

Alloy best suited for machining on high-speed automatic lathes.

Drawn square bars from 8 x 8 mm to 40 x 40 mm with T3/T8 heat treatment

Extruded square bars from 20 x 20 mm to 180 x 180 mm with T6 heat treatment.

2033 alloy

Lead-free alloy with excellent machinability suitable for machining on high-speed machines. Mechanical properties superior to 2011 alloy.

Drawn square bars from 8 x 8 mm to 40 x 40 mm with T3 heat treatment.

Extruded square bars from 30 x 30 mm to 180 x 180 mm with T6 heat treatment.

7075 alloy

Aluminium alloy with the highest mechanical properties.

Extruded square bars from 20 x 20 mm to 70 x 70 mm with T6 heat treatment.
